2. How long does shipping to Canada take?
Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
3. Is the SteamGroom Pro safe for cats and small dogs?
Absolutely. The soft silicone bristles and gentle steam are designed to be safe for all coat types, including kittens, small breeds, senior pets, and anxious animals. Always test on a small area first if your pet is very sensitive.
4. How do I fill the water tank?
Remove the water tank cap, fill with clean tap water (do not overfill), and replace the cap securely before use. We recommend distilled water for longer product life.
5. Is the brush waterproof?
The brush head and tank are water-resistant, but we recommend keeping the USB charging port dry. Do not submerge the device in water.
6. How long does the battery last per charge?
The battery lasts 90+ minutes on a full charge, which is plenty for multiple grooming sessions. Charging via USB takes approximately 2 hours.
7. What if my pet doesn't like it?
